  • DBol back pumps?

I swear I have seen post from people saying that they dont like Dbol because of the severe back pumps it gives you. I am just curious because I am on 30 mg Dbol and my I cant hardly even work out. My lower back is killing me. Anything I do strenous just kills my back. I cant work legs or back without it pumping up so bad it makes it hard to breath. What the fuck? Is that from the Dbol?

Sounds like it. I ran 45mg of dbol a day for 4 weeks and i couldn't run or work out real fast. I had to drink a lot of water also.
Are you spreading the doses out over the course of the day?

anything over 40 mg, and i cant walk without getting pumps. drink lots of water, and stretch every chance you get and it wont be as bad.

Thanks Guys- I guess it will go away after I quit the Dbol? And yes I am spreading them out.

Fawk... it only happened to me a couple of times during leg workouts. I could hardly stand up after doing squats. My f*ckin lower back was killing me... I felt this around the 3rd week.

                  Terminator,
I don't now if im super senstitive but I get this when Im on anything. Not just Dbol. I have tried jusst about everything to get rid of it. Including doctors, Physical therapy you name it.
So far the best relief is to keep your hamstrings good and stretched out. 1 minute each leg everyday, more if possible. I am going in to my A.R.T practitioner next week and am going to see what he can do about it if anything.
