? about how to take clomid

just got it in yesterday, late ...I was told to take 300 me the first day then 200mg a day for the next 10 days and 100 mg the last 10 days....is this correct and if so do I take all 300 at one time or do I spread it out through the day...ie 100 in the morning 100 in the afternoon..100 at night?

I would suggest splitting the doses.

I would take 300mg the first day, 100mg the next 10, and 50mg the final ten. I think you can cut the doses in half and recover fine. You can always run it a little longer if deemed necessary.

Ok thanks...that is what I meant to put down..300/100/50 but of course I didnt read my post before I posted it...

but I dont need to take all 300 at one time.. the first day?better to take 2 tabs in morning then 2 tabs at noon then 2 tabs at dinner.....
