GYNO help Please!!!

I recently went to this doctor in the area who is supposed to be good with male breast reduction, but when I went there he didnt have any before/after pics of scars and that kind of junk, so I left cuz I need some evidence that he had actually done the procedure in the past and it that it went well. I feel like I have been working out for 5 years and still dont have a round manly chest, but instead it comes to a point. Has anyone on here had the surgery? Has anyone gotten the surgery in the tri-state area and can refer a good doctor? ( thats where I am from) Also if anyone has any before and after pics I would really like to see them, thanks again. This is a problem bothering me for many years, I have posted on other boards about it but have not gotten much help, this board seems like the people actually want to give out there info and experiences, so I hope I get feedback. Thanks.
P.S- the gyno is not because of steroid use, I have had it since I was a young child. Pointy, puffy, nipples.
