    For the newbies on injection procedures

    Thought this might help some of you newbies, as I myself am one and this site can't get any simpler!

    If the site doesn't show up, just right click on link and click on "Save Target As". It's in .pdf format.

    You can't copy a long link like that.. you have to go to the site and then copy it ....bass

    Ok, maybe the site doesn't work. Maybe this will. I attached it.

    If it doesn't show up, just right click on link and click on "Save Target As". Save it and open it once on comp.

                  Newbies, i also have the ANABOLICS REVIEW 2000 scanned in word format that some people hooked me up. I know it's outdated, but it sure can help a newbie coming into the game. I'm still reading it, and finding out more and more stuff. I can't post it cuz it's 27megs! Just e-mail me. Unless there is a way to post it, let me know. Or maybe i can send it to the mods and they can post it? Suggestions welcomed! Just trying to do my part. Have other scanned books as well. Just let me know.
