I was wondering if anyone has gotten sick in the 3rd or 4th week of a cycle? My question is did you keep going to the gym, work out light or just lay off for a week and get enough rest and nutrition to get back into the gym a week later. I dont know for sure what I have IE. "FLU, COLD, SINUS INF. ETC." I know I only have had body aches and a real bad fever that leaves me sweating my ass off all night . Well all your advise is appreciated THANKS..

50 mg Refovit-B a day
