results with T3 and clen cycle?

  • results with T3 and clen cycle?

    Just out of curiousity...if i follow a healthy meal plan, with about 5 small meals (2 being protein shakes) and a regular exercise schedule...and if i take a cycle with clen, T3, and 1AD and i take the standard dosages...how much BF might i expect to drop? I know there are no definates but what could a good estimate be

    Right now im 21 year old male, 191lbs, and 23% body fat

    also along with a lifting schedule how much cardio should i include in my schedule... 30min 5 times a week?[

      i didn't think t3 did much for me, but most people like it it seems....clen worked for me though

        there is no way to tell how much you would drop in bf but with t-3 and clen you will lean out very nicley

          I didn't see you mention cardio in there...

          Gotta have cardio to lose BF.

            super clean diet....and a lot of cardio, early in the morning is good on an empty stomach!!
