Just out of curiousity...if i follow a healthy meal plan, with about 5 small meals (2 being protein shakes) and a regular exercise schedule...and if i take a cycle with clen, T3, and 1AD and i take the standard dosages...how much BF might i expect to drop? I know there are no definates but what could a good estimate be
