I have been trying to get my BF% down, and i guess its coming along slowly. I have been moving, so I can only use tabs. I have been running Winny and 1test. I have also been going to the gym twice a day. Cardion in the AM.

I am not really sure where my BF% is, but any guesses are cool.

I'd say 12%. I've had mine checked many times because I compete every year and at 10% you can clearly see your abs....So I'd say from experience that you look like 12%...

              Yup, around 12%.

IMHO, it's always an issue of diet and sodium intake.

If I keep my sodium intake below 2,000mg per day I stay 5-7 lbs. leaner, and I'm around 10% about your size and shape, now of course I pee alot, lol, all day, yet I just feel 100% better without that extra water, and the look in the mirro just starts my day off on the right foot.

Also, I keep carbs around 150 g's, and like Colarao said, medium intensity cardio, you're just looking to keep blood pumping and stay in a calorie deficit, a small one, by getting in 250-300 calories of excercise.

I've also found that high volume squats do the trick if you don't want to do cardio.

              good luck

                I do about 30-50 min cardio a day 4-6 days a week, low-med intensity.

Carbs are very low, few michelobe ultra a day and vegtibles. My sodium could probably come down a little, but food has to taste good.

I used to be so F-ing skinny growing up... what happened???
