There are a few different ways to do it. This is the one I used. I got it from a YellowJacket's post a few months back. I'm sure you can find it if you search for it...
Formula to calculate BMR for men
66 + (13.7 x weight in kilos) + (5 x height in centimetres) - (6.8 x age in years) = BMR
To calculate your total calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity multiplier:
Activity Multiplier
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) multiply BMR by 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) multiply BMR by 1.375
If you are mod. active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) multiply BMR by 1.55
If you take heavy exercise (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) multiply BMR by 1.725

I'm about to add Winny to my cycle in a few days. When you did your Winny, did you inject in various places or only stick with the glutes and quads? I've heard that localized Winny injections have increased results on where it is injected. Just wondering what your personal results were. Or if anyone else would like to add their own personal results..

I actually was on BD tabs so I didn't worry about injections. I haven't seen any proof that winny has localized effects. If I were to have done injectable winny, I would have just added it with my prop and fina and shot where ever my spot injection was for the day.Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.
