When should I gain the post out of a cycle? Like what we is the best or is there? Or is it just dif for dif people? This is my second week of 10.

If you are desperate to see something immediately:
Take you dbol religiously, injest a ton of food, and drink at least 3 litres of mineral water each day, work the legs with heavy weight and focus on macro movement exercises.
I definitely noticed a difference by the end of my week 2: I think I gained somewhere between 5-7 lbs. at that point. For the first few weeks of my cycle I was gaining a half a pound each and every day.
