I am on week 5 on my Sus and Deca cycle all good gains and no problems until the other day doing shoulders. I was doing side lifts with dumb bells and has been bothering me ever since. But last night it was really flammed up I guess hurt so bad during the night. Any ideas other then the obvious and going to the doctor?
It might not be a rotator cuff tear but more of a pinch...I've seen it a lot with shoulder movements...but if you think it's a tear and you really want to find out try a throwing motion. You should feel a twang of pain shoot from the spot down your arm and warm up through your back...done it before and you certainly know.
Nothing an MRI can't figure out. Seriously, get it checked by an orthopedist or sports medicine doc. If you've only inflamed a tendon and you keep stressing it, you could end up with a tendon rupture.
