  • My pics after EQL cycle

    I used Deca 400mg/wk 10wks & Sust 500mg/wk 10 weeks.
    First pic is April at 165lbs and the rest are July at 180lbs.

                    Definitely have to try something different. Its rare that my Bi's are sore from training. I do iso by doing preachers with pryamiding sets. that was working for awhile. I think I'll give the 21 concept a try tho. Gotta keep switching it up and suprizing the muscle right?

                      personally i like doin stright bars curls for bicep, i feel that my forarms are working Much more when i use the EZ bar.. heavy preachers are good just try dif. methods and give it an hoset 4-6 wk try

                      nice transformation by the way...keep at it
