So a whole pizza has approx. 5000 calories and 10,000 mg. of sodium, no wonder I always put on 5 lbs of water after one of those deliciousl darlings, lol.

This is what i do: Ask for less cheese on a thin, veggie, with double the chicken. Also, to run it 1 and a 1/2 times through the oven. It gets super crispy like a cracker crust! I would say about 5g of fat/slice with much more protein!
