i have recently picked up a shoulder injury whilst on my cycle. but the unjury only stops me from doing flat bench both barbell and dumbell, which was my favorite exercise. i was benching over 400lb, now i am below that.
Now my main chest exercise is incline and weighted dips. does anyone think that not being able to do flat bench bench will be a problem for my chest development.
CAN YOU DO ANY PUSH UPS WITH OUT IT HURTING. OR JUST GO REALLY LIGHT WITH ALOT OF REPS.I WOULD GET RID OF THE WEIGHTED DIPS THOUGH THAT PUTS ALOT OF STRESS ON THE SHOULDER.DO THE PEC MACHINE AND CABLES .JUST BE CAREFUL.
