What are some signs of Gyno

I started to get puffy nipples, they never got sensitive or anything..just puffy. Then I started to get a lump underneath the nipple. Also my nipple got a little bigger(wider)

mine started hurting a little when i would push it in... the pain incresed in the next week upto a point where even slight pressure would hurt a lot... then they got puffy... and i started feeling a little lump underneath my right nipple 1st... it seemed to be moonshaped going from left side of the nipple, top, and then to the righ side... same tihng happned to the left nipple few days after... and then the moonshaped bump became really hard and round... i had like half a golf ball underneath my nipples...
i made the mistake of doing only 10mg of nolva (and 50mg of clomid at the end)
the next couple of months i spent doing lots of cardio and taking lots of ephedra.. and that seemed to have reduced the size of the bumps... not completely tho... i still feel them, and it still hurts... (it's been 3 months now)

I started to get gyno in october..but I didnt know about Nolva back then..

I just started taking Nolva yesterday to see if it does anything. Has anyone waited this long to take nolva? Do you think it will do any good?
