Just an observation open for discussion.
I see far too many guys that weigh 180 or 190 doing cutting cycles. I understand everyone’s goal is different. But why would you need to take AS to cut up when you’re already pretty lean at 180 or 190. A lot of guys at the gym come to me and ask me what they should take to cut up. These are guys that weigh 180lb. I look at them and ask them what they are planning to cut up if they haven’t built enough muscle yet.
If your going to take AS then be smart and build as much muscle as you can or until you reach your goal, then you can begin to define your body. But if you’re just looking for a great set of abs to hit the beach, then don’t take AS just do cardio and diet. Too many guys do a bulking cycle followed by a cutting cycle then do another bulking cycle. Unless you’re already at a competing level, why do a cutting cycle in between bulking cycles? Forget about bulking or cutting and just try and build as much quality muscle while remaining at a BF% that is comfortable for you.
And I don’t agree with guys that are 25 -30%bf that use AS to lose weight. That’s like someone who just started working out that weighs 150lb start using AS from the start. Everyone whether you’re 150lb or 300lb should take their genetics to the max before the start of AS.
Anyways that’s just my opinion
