    What kind of protien intake are you guys throwing down per day?

      In shakes I take in about 200g ... In my foods I have no idea. I don't really watch it closely. If I am hungry I eat and I stay filled!
      Works for me.

      But I think I read somewhere you are supposed to take in about 1g per kg or body weight. That being said I would need around 85g a day. But that just does not seem enough.

        for bulking........1-2g/lb of bodyweight........hard to do sometimes, but shakes help. I wouldn't take in 200g of pure shakes though. Quality protein from protein rich food is much better IMO. Just my 2cents.........

          225 grams or so. Throughout the year however, my protein intake isnt too far off from while on (maybe, 200 or a bit under?) I hover between 180-185 at 5'9/5'10 on average

                Holy crap! Do you guys live on a cattle ranch or somthing cause that is alot of protien, I feel kind of sick after 1 shake after 2 I'm dropping mud from my shorts.
                I got to up my protien intake, I think i'm around 80-90g per day, so I gotta start eating more.

                    Dude that is way to Low if you want to build muscle. Get a minimum of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. Gradually increase it if you are having problems stomaching it. If you get a High Quality Whey Protein, you should have no Problems taking in 100-150 per day from the Protein Powders.

                      if you cant handle try some quality isolate...
                      it takes a long time to get used to downing 100-200 grams of whey per day, just tough it out

                            I take in around 300g a day. If you take a good whey isolate it may help with the stomach problems. It takes time for your body to get use to that much protein. A gas mask might be a good thinr to have until your body gets use to the protein.
