How long does it take befor you start feeling dif when you are on your cycles? im taking ref-b nasty shiznit!!!!! and qv e250. I know I just started and im not rushing it, I'm just wantiing to know and passing time!

You are just like me workinhard. I do my 1st one and start craving the power! I am in week 3 .. up just a few lbs and just starting to feel power and see size and it can't come fast enough.
Around week 5 I really start feeling great!Learn the rules so that you know how to break them properly.
