  • Why do you sweat so much on cycle?

Well when ever i am on a cycle i sweat like crazy! I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and my bed is soaked! What is the reason behind this? My bp is good always around 130/65 so i dont think its that. Im in good cardio shape so i dont know... Sometimes ill have my shirt off and ill feel cool but sweat will drip down my armpits...This shit gets really embarrasing... I am not on any stimulants or anything like that. Could it be that my metabilism is going crazy since im really lean and cant ever put on fat? I heard this commercial on the radio describing this and they said its called Hyperhydrosis and is easily fixed through a 15 min surgery. So im considering this but i wanted to hear everyones opinions first. Thanks

yeh the test would do it. I wouldn't get the surgery though.....sounds like it could do more harm then good.

So why does the test actually cause this? Is it like a hormonal imbalance?

yeh.....it triggers cold sweats. Your body is in shock kinda frm the test in your system. Everything is working over-time including the way your body recovers from muscle breakdown.....My freind says he has it bad if he works out close to when he goes to bed. So I dunno if it helps to have a whole day to recover or not.

So what is the actual scientific reason for this? Any experts on human anatomy?

I can't say that I sweat much more on a cycle versus off, but I do notice an increase in my body temperature. I'm always running a bit "warm." The chicks dig it!

To be perfectly honest, my a$$ is usually the first part of my body to sweat! How silly is that? Must be from all those deadlifts!
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

                              thats your core body temp.

juice increases it by a large number.....you get hot, you sweat.

its the body's reaction to juice.
