im 16, 6'2, 170 lbs...been benching and curling and other stuff lately but im only at 150 lb rep on bench...i wanna know what i should do to get bigger? i want to have big chest muscles w/ defined cliffs...big bicepts/triceps/calves/traps?/and legs.....
i know all the basic exercises...i just needt o know what i should eat/how often.....how much sleep....what supplements to take?
currently i started taking creatin, not sure if it helps yet or not?
im in school it limits some of the stuff i can do...
ive been told to take andro poppers or nitro tech/cell tech...or some stuff called muscle milk....any advice in any of these areas would be tight..thx
