    im going on slin with tren in a month or so and wondering if this is the strongest to stack with slin for mass

    ive done quite a bit of reading on slin gh that seems like a good stack. slin and food is a friggin builder alone tho.

      Can someone point me to some very good reading on slin? I have avoided reading on it because I have a feeling that it would come with many sides, but my curiosity is winning now.

              I did tren at about 600mg a week and slin at 20iu's a day (10 in the morning and 10 post workout. Many days I only could do 10 post workout because my schedule wouldn't fit in a second slin dose (timing the meals and all is a pain). My gains were the best I've ever had...but a lot of that had to do with the fact I ate more than I ever have in my life...especially after the slin shots (like 200g carb drinks and huge plates of pasta).

                Oh yeah...slin 101

                Use Humulin R only.
                It peaks after about a half hour of injecting into your fat (pinch your stomach fat, stick it and shoot)...then another peak after about 1.5-2 hours. THen it's out of your system after about 4 hours from the time you shot it.

                You want to have eaten plenty of sugar (carbs) by each time your peaks come along. So that mean you take a shot then immediately injest 50-60g of protein...then 10 grams of carbs per unit of insulin you shot. So if you shot 10 units....you injest at least 100g of carbs. I like to eat more to take full advantage of the storing properties of slin. Then...an hour and a half to two hours later (NO MORE THAN TWO HOURS!!!...try to stick to an hour and a half)...eat another meal with 50-60g of protein and 10g of carbs per unit of insulin you shot.

                Here's a sample of what I did.

                Shoot 10-15 units of insulin.
                Immediately drink a 60g whey protein shake and a
                150g carb drink.

                1.5 hours later
                50-60g of whey protein
                Lots and lots of pasta with spaghettie sauce or another carb drink


                A lot of times both my meals would be protein shakes and carb drinks because it allowed me to take in more carbs and protein than I ever would have had I eaten solid food.

                Remember...the above eating schedule applies to HUMULIN R ONLY!!

                Here's how people die......

                They shoot slin and don't pay attention to when they eat or what they eat. If you get dizzy....that means you waited too long to eat and you need to eat carbs right away..preferably quick acting sugars. So stick to the schedule..it's not hard.

                Dont' go to sleep within 4 hours after you shoot humulin R.....you might not wake up in time to eat (do you want to put your life in the hands of your alarm clock??). That's how people die.

                Just be responsible....stick to 10 units per shot...and you're good to go...it's not hard..... Start with 5 units and work up to 10 just to make sure you aren't too sensitive to slin.

                Use it 5 days a week for 4 weeks at a time then lay off for a month. YOu don't want to go making yourself diabetic
