  • dont stop cycle until your nuts shrink?

im on my second cycle. my first was 8 weeks of test(500)/eq(400)/dbol(25)--gained 29 lbs-kept 15lbs. my nuts never shrank.

my second cycle has been deca(300), IGF(40mcg for 2.5 weeks). im on week 7, and i havent gained a single pound so im increasing the deca to 400 and adding test prop. my nuts havent shrank yet at all. im debating whether to extend the cycle for a few more weeks until my nuts shrink, or should i just end at week 10, and take my time off before i start over? my thoughts are that if im not surpressed, then i should be able to extend the cycle without longterm effects. what do you guys think?

Very different cycles...mean very different results.

Using the ol' "my nuts haven't shrunk so kick up the juice routine" doesn't fly in my mind, but a blood test does. I'm a rustly on the cycles as of right now but my thoughts would be to save the prop unless you run up to week 12 and see from there. Other then that lets see what others have to say.

not a good thing to go by bro. i've stayed on for VERY long times and my nuts never really change size. the only reason i noticed anything was because i was checking for it. if your gonna extend your cycle use a certain amount of weeks, i think 12 weeks is a good # for a total cycle. but you might want to think about cleaning out and starting over with a more planned out cycle.

If you havn't made any gains by week 7, I don't think your going to make any gains at all. Usually week 7 is when the gains start to slow or even stop.

I'd end the cycle at week 8, and then do some evaluation as to why this cycle didn't work. Was it taining, diet, rest, or gear? Or possible a combination that hindered your gains?

i hoping the reason i didnt gain was because the deca dose was too low. my diet was high in protein but low in carbs. i know i wouldnt gain as much with this diet compared to a high protein and high carb diet, but i was hoping to get 10 lbs out of it. didnt happen.

Just up the dose of Deca and IGF...
"Up to a point a man's life is shaped by environment, heredity, and the movements and changes in the world around him. Then there comes a time when it lies within his grasp to shape the clay of his life into the sort of thing he wishes to be. Only the weak blame parents, their race, their times, lack of good fortune, or the quirks of fate. Everyone has it within his power to say, 'This I am today; that I will be tomorrow.' The wish, however, must be implemented by deeds."

In my book there's 2 types of cycles:

Cutting cycle: Basically I try to keep as much muscle as possible as I'm dieting. If I'm lucky, pick up a little muscle. But the real goal is to keep the muscle while loseing the fat. This cycle requires a high protein/low carb and fats diet.

Bulking cycle: Here's where I put on the muscle mass. In a bulking cycle, you should really end up putting on a little fat. If you do it right, it's only a couple of pounds, some know their bodies well enough that they can do it without putting on any fat, but not me. The object is to grow, and your body doesn't like putting on muscle without a little body fat to go with it.

Sounds like you were trying to cut fat and put on muscle at the same time. While not impossible, it's pretty damn hard to do with significant results.
