A 42 year old friend of mine is looking to drop about 30 LBs. He's a huge Mo fo 6'4 and says he's at 315 but i think its more like 330. He used to play college football at huge University wich i wont mention. During his playing days there they loaded his ass up, cycle after cycle.So, even to this day he is a very large dude and carries it extremely well, he just has a little extra i guess you can say
Anyhow, to focus mainly on dropping bf what do you guy's recommend?
oh yeah, he can't remember what they used to give him when he played high school he was 250 ish and at college his highest playing weight was 310, when he hit the pro's he said he got up to 330 ish. I only know of his size as of now. HUGE!
