will test prop fit through a 28.5g slin pin? if so, how i do know what is equal to 1ml?

Yeah it'll fit. Heat it up to make it go a little faster....like running it under hot tap water for about 30 seconds.

I actually use slin pins to shoot in my bi's and delts. There's no fat on my bi's or delts so it gets in far enough and I have less scar tissue becuase of it. Those slin pins slide right in. Most people laugh at the thought of using a slin pin to shoot juice but I actually love it for sites like the bi's, tri's, and delts. I'd only do it if you're lean though, and not a big fat ass
