Estanozolol....... should I just take the qv E by its self for a fist time or go for it and take the ref-b also???? Have you ever taken ref-b? some one said ref-b 4 weeks and qv 10. anyone done that???

If I run the qv e for 10 weeks, do I need to take nolvadex every day for 10 weeks? And clomid after that?? do I split it up during the week?

yea do the ref-b with the qv. Run the ref-b at 25mg ed. That will be about half the bottle. Beware though that stuff tastes like total shit so mix it with some kind of fruit dirink. I love ref-b as it works well for me and its fuggin cheap as hell cause no one wants it. Just watch out for the aftertaste with it...

Hey bro, I am at the end of my 3rd week, and still apparently not noticing anything (same batch/lot). Where are you at in your cycle, and when should I expect to notice it. By the way, diet, routine, rest, etc. is in check. This is my second cycle, and doing 500 e/w (inj on Tues & Frids). Thanks bro!
