Weight: 187lbs
Bodyfat: 18%
My first cycle was 8 weeks of 500mg Test Cyp and 300mg Deca per week. I gained 30lbs and at the moment I've been able to hold about 22lbs of it (I've kept my cals up and cycled Clen/ECA)
I plan to run this cycle in 4-5 months time, I want to lose about 10% bodyfat and hold on to as much muscle as possible.
Second Cycle
Weeks 1-11: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-8: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-2/5-6/9-10: Clen
Weeks 3-4/7-8: ECA
