  • Cortisol?

Well i have been reading that one hormone that rapidly deteriorates your newly grown muscle is cortisol. Ive read that once you get off cycle that cortisol levels are really high, so i was wondering if there are any supplements that will lower or stop cortisol production?
"Up to a point a man's life is shaped by environment, heredity, and the movements and changes in the world around him. Then there comes a time when it lies within his grasp to shape the clay of his life into the sort of thing he wishes to be. Only the weak blame parents, their race, their times, lack of good fortune, or the quirks of fate. Everyone has it within his power to say, 'This I am today; that I will be tomorrow.' The wish, however, must be implemented by deeds."

corticostatin (CIF) and melanostatin (MIF) but its unlikely you'll obtain these hormones. Taking these would supress corticotrophin which maintains and develops the adrenal gland as well as (and mainly) controls secretion of cortisol.

Just keep a high protein intake. Protein powders, glutamine and clen or even an eca can help control cortisol levels. Also, benzos such as valium, klonopin, xanax, etc will reduce the stress on your body thereby lowering costrisol levels. Benzos can have unwanted side effects and if you're not familiar with them just stick to the legal supps.
