    I met one of my old friends from school the other day .he is 5'9" and 238lbs . he is huge but not that cut .he does compete .
    Anyways he gave me a diet to follow and i wanted as many opinions on it as possible
    would this diet be good on a cycle or off ?
    here it is

    6 am : 1 large bowl oatmeal or 2 bowls of vector cereals
    8 egg whites

    9 am : 1.5 chicken breasts
    1 cup of white rice(long grain)

    12 pm : 220 g (1/2 pound) of lean ground beef
    2 baked potatoes
    1 cup veggies

    3 pm : 2 nutrigrain bars
    protein shake

    6 pm : 220g(1/2 pound) lean ground beef or
    1.5 chicken breast or
    1 salmon steak( only once a week) or
    8 oz fillet mignon ( only twice a week)
    and 1 cup of white rice (long grain)


    9 pm : protein shake
    8 egg whites
    2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches


    I havent had a chance to speak to him very much .so i couldnt ask him about the the salmon only once a week and the fillet mignon????
    i think i would feel like i am cheating all the time plus wouldnt i get really fat on this .

    thats alote of food .i usually took 3 shakes and 3 meals

    Any comments would be great

    thats a big diet...... did he give you the break down for it?? caloric values and all that?
