I would do multiple doses of creatine... How are you taking the slin? In the morning and post workout or just post workout?

are you taking Humalog, or humilin-r? Since slin is a shuttle,you only have a certain window(humalog 2 hours) where it is active. You want to take the creatine during that time ,along with your protien and carbs. Anything you take after that, isnt realygetting the benefits of insulin.
I take it in the morning and with my post-workout shake, 5g's each time. I take my slin shot post-workout also, so it shuttles all the dextrose, protein, and creatine into the muscles. Sometimes I'll take 15g's total, another 5g's one hr after my first shake, but it doesn't seem to make a big difference. I think that first shake is the most important one and the one that keeps you from going hypo, lol!

Assuming you're using Humalog, I hope you're not going to bed for atleast 4 hours after your shot.
