just received prop from well regarded UG and sides of bottle and bottom inside seem to be coated in gelatin like clumps. I assume they're actually crystals--WTF do I do with this?

Contact them and resolve the situation. Maybe a mistake or bad batch. If its a good lab they should replace it no questions asked.
