B12 & Eq
Am about to start using B12, would like to run it in the same syringe with eq. Is this acceptable? Those that are running B12, do you have any info if the Vitamin is better utilized with the IM injection? When running the B12 alone what size pin is recommended. I am planning to use a #23 pin if I can double up the B12 and eq.

i inj b12 with a 23g pin no probs. -
I use a 27g (or even a 29 or 30g slin pin) for the B12; it's water-based and can go through anything.... I use 25g for oils.Comment

you can use a slin pin with the b12 ....I just mix it with my daily shot ....but qwhen I'm off cycle I just go sub-q with a slin pin cuts down on scar tissue ...
most people take 1000mcg a day of the b12Comment
