  • What are your physique and/or strength goals????

Being the pretty motherfucker that I am 200-205 pounds solid is perfect for me. I got up as high as 244 at one point in the winter of last year and I know it's not for me since I like to look good and wear nice clothes. I know I never want to go under 200 pounds that's for sure. I'm pretty satisfied with my strength and just want to improve on my conditioning and speed now especially for my Krav Maga classes. Some of my better lifts right now include 120's on incline dumbells for 8, 315 on the squat all the way to parallel for 22 reps no b.s., rows with 120's and a 545 deadlift using just wrist straps and no belt.(belts are for pussies imo.)

This time around once I get really lean I will stay that way once and for all. Size isn't everything to me and besides being a personal trainer the more "quality" you are the more clients you will get just from that one aspect alone.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step......

Pain is weakness leaving the body......

"When it comes to trusting people the only thing I know is that I don't know......"

"Fuck what everyone else thinks. Follow your own way and only then will you have the potential to lead to greatness......"

"Aim for perfection because even though it will never be achieved, the constant pursuit keeps us from settling and always makes us strive for more......"

To become as big as physically possible (for me) and lean. Eventually 240.

I love progress in the gym but strength is not necassarily what I'm after.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination

To be 200lbs with 10% bodyfat. I'm 5'6" so this is a tough one for me.

              I wanna look AMAZING!
Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
              Then it goes much deeper.

I'm currently 6'2" and only 180lbs (I know... really small frame - ecto!).

I want to be at 200-220lbs with my abs still showing and my shoulders still cut up.

For strength, I want to continue to increase as I get bigger. I'm not sure that I'm really built for heavy lifts. I think genetics will eventually rear its pretty head and say: Your ligments and tendons are not strong enough!

I want to be considered "strong." I guess that means being able to bench 1.5 times your weight...

It would be nice to be able to do 100 pushups as well.

My real ambition is Sprinting. I'm a pretty fast runner and I want to shave a second off my 60 meter dash. I'm definitely not the biggest guy on these boards, but I'm probably the fastest.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
