  • Taurine and Clen

Just started on LiquidClen a few days ago, how much taurine should I be supplementing for my thyroid? Like 3-5g/day? Taken between meals?

I get 2g/day from my SAN V12 drink already, so not sure how much more to take.

Try potassium for the cramps, taurine has been shown to decrease insulin sensitivity.

I tried potassium with no results tauring did the trick though. I still took a potassium supplement though as well since I know I was depleting it through increased water intake and sweating more, magnesium too.

Every time I didn't take Taurine the cramps would come back especially in my feet.
