crusing & bridging ......?

Well lost has been debaited on both crusing and bridging....

I like the dbol bridge ...it has seemed to help me keep gains.....

I have never tride to cruse.....I don't think I have the best understanding of it I must admit. It looks like I will be on for an extended time. Or till the lady wants a baby .....

Any info or your experences on ether would be great...

i use to bridge with deca and primo in very low doses. Now i do long cycles with lots of test.
