Hell yes, it's hard. I like them b/c there are lots of people in the class so it's hard to say "screw it" and go home. You gotta finish it or you look like a weenie.

No doubt its a challenge. You come out of there drowning in your own drenched shirt. I had a lady friend of mine convince me take it instead of living in the weightroom and ever since, ive try to hit one session up a week.....intense....and the best part is that everyone else feels your pain
