Decided to give glutes a break and injected 250mg sustanon in calf.Its 4 days later and its really bad,can hardly walk and I have good pain tolerance.Was it the sustanon and will it go away soon.What gear is reccommended for calf injection

I can see why that would hurt. Prop, fina and winny are good for calf injetions. Prop will probably hurt as well though.

i had massive pains when i used deca last time (tokyyo 300mg/ml) no matter where i would inject it, it would hurt for atleast 3 days. my whole muscle would get inflamed.
one time i did it into the rectus femoris, but like really close to the knee (the tip of the muscle) and it got so bad my whole knee was hurting like a ***** and i couldn't walk for 2 days at all....
for my next cycle (in a week) i'll be using sustanon and fina...
any suggestions on how to make it less painful?

more than likley the sust. i hate calf inj i only do them when i run out of inj sites
