PHs are much like AAS in that your diet really determines whether you're cutting or bulking. You can cut with 1-test.

what is 1 ad is it the same as 1test?? does it make you hold water, or aromatize ??

they are the same pretty much i dont think youll hold water but yj is the man he would know better
