  • ephedrine and juice

    want to use some ephedrine for the first few weeks of my cycle. i will be doing a good amount of cardio as well. i would like to drop a few pounds of fat while im waiting for my shit to kick in. also i will minimize muscle loss. what do you think?

        Shouldn't hurt anything. Just keep an eye on your heartrate and blood presure.

          thanks. gonna run deca@ 300/week for 10 and enanth @ 250/week for 12, and use an eca for first three or four. going to get a telemetry strap tonight and check my blood pres.

            That cycle isnt worth running. Better up that Deca to around 400mgs a week & the Test to 400mgs a week as well.

              I agree that it's pretty low dose. But you never know, some people make good gains with little gear. Especially if it's a first cycle..

                True, but 250mg a week is about the lowest I have ever seen suggested... 400mgs is about the medium.

                  If it was just test he's running, at 250mg I'd say it's not enough.

                  But he is running a total of 550mg/wk of gear.

                  There's a few people out there that have done a cycle consisting of 250mg/wk of sust only and gotten decent gains. It's at these low doses that the quality of the gear also becomes a big factor.

                    second cycle. 176 lbs, 23. last cycle was the same and i gained 20 lbs. arms went from 16 unpumped to 17 3/4 inches pumped. i would say 550/week worked for me. did no post and lost all of it. this cycle is the same as the last but i am going to run it for twelve instead of ten. depending on how i feel, i may jump to 375/week of enanthanate bringing the total to 675.
