    Whats up guys,

    I just finshed up a cycle about three weeks ago(finishing up clomid now) I did:

    weeks 1-10 400mg's of test cyp and 400mgs of EQ
    weeks 8-12 50mg of winny ed

    also when should or can I start this cycle?

    I put together this cycle for a lean gaining and fat burning cycle.
    wk1-4 75mg Prop ED
    wk1-11 500mg Enan
    wk1-10 500mg EQ
    wk6-13 75mg Tren ED

    what do you guys think of this? also if you guys could help me out with a diet that would be great... I'll post up my old diet soon.. im just kinda bored with it, so if you guys can help me make some changes to get nice and lean let me know!

    personal stats:

    age: 21
    weight: 234
    bf: 15-16%
    height: 6'

    I'd get some blood work done 5-6wks post clomid and assess your options at that point.

        i use the following for cutting........

        breakfast- 4 egg whites + toasted bagel
        lunch- 1 and 1 half boneless skinless chicken breast + 1cup cooked rice (wild grain)
        dinner- 1chicken breast+protein shake+1 medium size potatoe

        in between each meal and after a workout i have a protein drink.

          This is my current cutter. I'm 5'9 206 10.5%BF
          You can adjust the cals to your stats.
          Cardio twice a day.


          8am:
          2 Eggs
          1/2 pint whites
          1 cup oatmeal
          8oz Chicken breast
          Cals-775

          11am:
          2 Cups Pinto beans
          8oz Chicken breast
          Cals-660

          2pm:
          1 Cup oatmeal
          1 can Tuna
          Cals-500

          4:30-Preworkout
          Apple
          2 scoops Whey
          Cals-345

          6:30pm
          PW Shake
          Cals-610

          8pm
          1-1/2 Cups Pinto Beans
          8oz Chicken breast(Salmon & Snapper substituted 3x plus a week)
          Cals-540

          Wake up snack
          1 cup Cottage cheese
          Peach/Mango Salsa
          Cals-140

          Total 3,570
          Carbs-437
          Prote-330
          Fats-55


          Carbs cycled in 50g incriments down to 150g, then back up to original. Fats replace carbs on the decrease besides the first 2 days of carb depletion.(this gives me a 200 cal deficit the first day, and 400cal deficit the second day)

            You just finished a test cyp/EQ cycle 3 weeks ago and you are already finishing up Clomid therapy??

            Dude, you should have waited 2 or 2.5 weeks to even START clomid with that cycle. Test cyp has a half life of 12 days and EQ has one of like 16 days. It will take literally MONTHS for levels of exogenous androgens to drop to a level that doesn't suppress your HPTA. What good does it do to try and jump start your HPTA while there is still enough androgens around to cause suppression?

            Luckly for you, EQ is one of the lesser androgens in your cycle so your HPTA can probably tolerate higher levels of EQ than say your test cyp. Still, you should have started clomid no earlier than 2 weeks after your last shot and continued it for 3 to 5 weeks. Then, 3-5 weeks after ending clomid, have your test levels measured to see if you are recovered.

            For longer recovery cycles, nolvadex may be better than clomid. Clomid begins to actually desensitize you to leutinizing hormone after some time (exactly what you don't want) where as nolva may actually increase your sensitivity (referenced information from a thread by Bill Lewelyn on post cycle recovery).

              actually man I started clomid after my last winny tab on the 13th week. the test and eq were finished week 10. so im fine man.. i did it right!

                Well, I would just say to wait 12 weeks to start your next cycle. Time on= Time off and you need to take care of your body. Juice isnt the best thing health wise for your body and to over use it would not be the brightest thing in the world. Just my opinion, wait a few months and then go crazy.

                      Personally, I wouldn’t wait that long. If your blood work comes back fine, I would take 4-5 weeks off for my post cycle with hcg and clomid to bring me back.

                      Once my balls begin to work again, I’ll shut them back down. Now I would not cycle for more than 12 weeks at a time. If you remain shut down for too long then that’s when the problems begin.

                        Do you just go to your doctor to get your blood work done? I've never done that before, but I might take 2 months off from aas and just diet and use some xenadrine or another fat burner and drop the bf down a bit and then do a cycle... we'll see though!

                          Yeah, go to your doctor and ask for a bio-chem profile with GGT supplement.

                          The GGT is liver specific reading that is usually not offered on the bio-chem as it already contains SGOT and SGPT levels, but to accurately assess liver function, the GGT has to be compared.

                          I pay 15 bucks on a co-pay so I couldn't guestimate cost for you.

                            i would run the prop at the end with the tren. those two combined give great results. you might want to rework the start and ending weeks for them so everything else will be completely cleared to make post cycle easier. I was thinking something like
                            10-14 prop
                            7-14 tren
