    hey bro there has been alot of talk lately about longer cycles...so lets say a bro stays on for 24 weeks or longer is time on equals time off still apply? a bro i meet on a board says he is on from april till end of nov then takes dec thru march off then goes back on ...any thoughts??

      I've read something about this, i forget where though. From what i've read running one big/long cycle is better because you only have to recover once a year instead of several times a year.

              the kicker for me is im about done with the deca at week 12 and dont want ot run deca 24 weeks

                          oh to answer the q above, no its not better to only recover once per yr. its better to recover as many times as possible, for as long as possible. running gear most of the year w/ little itme off is gonna leave you w/ trouble a yr or 2 or 3 down the road, low test most likely.
