Stats: 23yrs old, 5'6, 175lbs, 16%bf
Goal: Shed some body fat without sacrificing too much muscle.
Intended Cycle:
Week: Cytomel mcg/day, Clen mcg/day, Deca mg/wk
1: 0, taper to 80mcg, 200
2: 0, 100mcg, 200
3: 0, 120mcg, 300
4: 20-30mcg, 0, 400
5: 40-50mcg, 0, 400
6: 60-80mcg, 0, 300
7: 80-100mcg, taper to 80mcg, 200
8: 0, 100mcg, 200
9: 0, 120mcg, -
Since my goal is to shed bodyfat, and t3 can eat muscle as well, i decided to take some deca so i wouldn't lose too much. I don't mind losing a couple of pounds of muscle, cause that is just normal. But I believe the deca can minimize that loss, correct me if i'm wrong. I've been doing research, and this is what i came up with. What do you all think? Am I on the right track? I wanta loose at least 4-5% more bodyfat, which would put me close at 10%bf. Please, critique my novice cycle. By the way, i've done clen only in the past, and could tolerate it pretty much, that is why i mentioned that at week 1 i could start w/20mcg and bump up to 80mcg by the end of the week. Please, any extra info would be appreciated! Thanx!
