ABombs. What do I do Afterwards

I am currently doing 100mg ( 2 abombs ) per day. I am wondering when to start nolvadex or clomid and which would be better? Also where can i order either of them legally? I have looked through the posts to try to fn the answer to my question before I asked? Thanks.
