  • Once and For All - What is the Best Aniti-E

I've started to run 700mg's of Prop per week. Basically, a 100mg shot everyday now for a few months. Startin think about anti-e's now. I will be runnin a gram of test startin in Oct.

    I have access to:
    Nolva
    Armidex
    Femera
    Aromasin

So what is the most effective anti-e that prevents gyno and bloat, and I mean completely prevent not block, which Nolva does right, block? And which one will not inhibit gains like decrease IGF etc. I know Nolva does this and I also Armidex can do this too.

    Lookin for serious replies.

    Thanx bros

I prefere letrozole ....just my opinion

Letrozol is femera, which is an anti-estrogen.

Femara is 10-30x more effective than Arimidex in it's ability to pass thru the cell membrane of lipid (fat) cells and inhibit the activity of aromatase -- in other words, Femara is far superior in lowering estrogen levels in fat cells. This has two benefits for BBs; (1) Estrogen 'attracts' water, so less water retention (2) an average male BB is around 10%BF, that's a lot of lipid cells with aromatase inside them, so a substantial percentage of aromatase is left untouched by Arimidex due to it's poor ability to enter lipid cellsArimidex is approximately 80% effective at inhibiting aromatase, Femara is around 95-97%, Aromasin is 98-99%

i bet very few here have tried exemestane(aromasin). it IS the most powerful one last few medical studies i checked. exmestane does not hurt lipid profile like anastrozole and letrozole do. also, some say letro hurts libido. exemestane is said not to hurt libido. letro and anastrozole work by inhibiting aromatase enzyme, exemestane works a lil diff, it deactivates the enzyme, and thats why it doesnt hurt cholestrol like they will.

if you want the strongest and healthiest, start using exemestane. i think too many of us neglect our lipid profiles because its not a side effect we see like bloating or acne. alot of us wil prob pay for this down the road. using exemestane wont cure all ails, but its def a step in the right direction.

btw-the study posted above, i hope people dont think letreo is 10-30 times stronger than ldex. is about 15% stronger. its " 10-30x more effective than Arimidex in it's ability to pass thru the cell membrane of lipid (fat) cells" but that equates to 15% better at inhibiting aromatase

also prob a lot of you are thinking you dont need anything stronger than ldex cause it works fine. yeah it does. but so what? thats why we adjust dosage. the studies for anastrozole use 1mg, letro, 2.5mg, and exmestane, 25mg. that doesnt mean you have to take those amounts. you take as little as needed to controll estrogen, which is usually much less than those figures.

Have run Proviron and Nolvadex in the past. (Together and separately). Have never had problems with either one. (No tits yet! LOL!)

I done some reading on Arimidex and this seems like it would be the anti-e of choice!

The tabs are still hard to come by and very $$$$. Have heard good things about Liquidex though. .5mg/day will do you!

Personally i like my experiences with femara compared to a-dex...i find letro makes me super dry and (while i have no way of proving this and seen no scientific evidence) also heard letro increases igf-1 levels by 20 % ...again i cant prove this but the results i get while using femara as my anti-e of choice are phenominal .with that being said i will be giving Aromisin (exemestane) a test run due to my worries of lipid levels..(letro and a-dex will leave you with next to no good cholesterol) so i hope all goes well

Both A-dex and Femara being inhibitors have a likely chance of throwing off your lipid panel(Femara does this with me but not A-dex)

It's important to use Nolva alongside Femara or A-dex. Nolva is a SERM(Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) and mimicks liver and bone estrogen which help in providing a heart healthy environment. Nolva alone can help in improving your lipid panle by Approx. 7%.
So with this in combonation to your inhibitor, it can help in stabilizing the negative effects on the lipid panle

Aromasin is an inactivator and to this date, their are no reports of detrimental lipid panle effects.

Single best combination for reducing estrogen and helping with cholesterol- 25mg Aromasin EOD + 10mg Nolva ED
