well guys im done with my 2nd cycle.. it was a cuttin one... took me 12.5 wks and i went from 198lbs to 168lbs (5'6 tall )... 20% to under 10% ( 9-10 any way) , i am happy with the results i lost some strength but i think it was worth it...
now my question is how do i keep the fat off during this time, do i keep doin the cardio 3 x / wk or is that too much?? i am plannin on runnin clen also post cycle...
