  • Anavar only Cutting Cycle - Advice Please

    I was thinking of running an Anavar only cutting cycle. I want to drop a little bf and retain muscle from my previous cycle. I wouldn’t mind gaining a little on the way although I can’t afford to run the dosages very high.

    I was thinking 25-30mg/day for 8 weeks? With this dosage do you think I can gain a little at the same time? I was going to just eat low-carb w/ high protein/good fats and keep my calories around a normal amount. Also I know Anavar is LESS liver toxic but is 8 weeks too long to run it? Should I do 6? I'll be running w/ 300-400mg/day of r-ala and probably some milk thistle. How hard on liver would this be? It’s the safest oral there is. Any other suggestions for liver protection?

    Also even though its not known for shutting you down hard it can inhibit nat. test when taken in high dosages. Would I need to run clomid or would I get shutdown much from this? I plan on running another bulker around January - is Anavar now a bad idea? I dont want to just shut myself down.

    Basically Im just needing advice on if this is even worth it and if its a good idea. And also any changes I need to make.

    Yea man, i've runa var only cycle and loved it. it's not for mass gaining -but will definately change body composition. 25-30 mg's may be a little low to run by itself if it is a generic or UG preparation. You would want to go 40-50. And eight weeks should be ok if you take care of yourself. You could take Tyler's liver detox as a good all around liver protector. Also include l-glutathion(sp?). when peole go to the hospital after a parasuicide atempt by taking a handfull of tylanol or something -they are given a shot of this to protect their liver. Also make shure you take plenty of omega-3's and omega-6's to protect your HDL/LDL heart levels and of course drink plenty of water. you may want to go get your liver values checked around week 4-5 just to make shure everything is ok. Var only is great for athletic improvement- good luck

      like the urge said, it is a great cycle.

      If the stuff is real your strength will skyrocket and body comp will definitely change with right diet, and you got that plan right, high protein is the way to go.

        Ok here is another one - what would be better?

        To run Var @ 40mg for 5-6 weeks
        -or-
        To Run Var @25-30mg for 8 weeks
