I just got these P.V.L winny caps and wonder if anyone has tried them. I expected them to be in tab form but they're pills. Any imput?

I am using them rigt now @ 50mg/ED. So far, no joint pain and some strength gain. Over at CJM they are raving abut them but most are running them @75mg-100g/ED.Comment
