    Last day on my job today, nice...starts studying in september and I thought I might try something else for the next 1½-2 weeks. Now, I need response from those who have done something like this as I will be using Slin. The thing is this I would like to try working out 2 times per day, not because more is better but because of something else. With a short session I respond very good. But when I workout arms that takes 60 minutes and that's too long. Or legs for that matter. I can only work Quads on one day and not the hamstrings because I'm too tired after a quad session.

    The sessions would last for a maximum of 30 minutes
    Post workout 8iu slin 80g dextro carbs, 50g Whey isolate.

    Monday:

    Chest at 10 in the morning
    Shoulders at 3 in the afternoon

    Tuesday

    Chins, pulldowns, DB rows at 10
    Deads, trapz at 3

    Wedn
    OFF

    Thu
    Quads in the morning at 10(always feel most fresh in the morning..)

    Triceps + calfs at 3

    Fri

    Hamstrings at 10
    Biceps + back shoulders and sides of shoulders superset at 3

    Sat OFF

    Sun Start over

    anyone done something like this when on gear(I'm on test + eq) + slin

    How about the slin use, ok to use 8iu post wokrout x 2 per day=??

    16iu, umm not me. your gonna get fat with carb spillage and id take in more protein after the slin wich i would limit to 5 at the most after ramping up from 2 i would stop at ten a day.

      slin looks ok, Im up to 30iu's/day right now, and Im not gaining any fat.

      Im not sure about your workout routine though, I would try to out a few more hours in between sessions.

      also, what kind of slin are you using?

          I would suggest either using log or spacing your workouts farther apart. Hum. R is active in your body for 6 hours, your not giving your body enough time between injections, you'll have insulin active in you for 12 hours a day, which means there's a much higher chance that your body will stop producing insulin naturally.

            Ok, in other words It's not worth the risk. Will do it thisway then, reply with ideas and so on please.

            Mon

            Chest(3 movements, first 5x5, then 2 movements 4sets each 8-10reps) + Triceps heavy like Dips, Narrow bench or something like that

            Tue:
            Back(Chins, rows, pulldowns), hammercurls + koncentration curl(12-15reps 2 sets and the hammercurl heavy 2 sets 4-6reps each)

            Wed:
            Off

            Thu:
            Quads(squat, legpress, one leg legpress, legkick), calfs, Triceps(3 movements, 1 heavy then 2 with 4sets each, 8-10reps eac)

            Fri: OFF

            Sat: 3 sets deads, 2 sets SLDL, Trapz, legcurl, seated rows narrow grip, + biceps(1 hevy + 2 lighter as above with tri)

            Sun: OFF


            The workouts will be a little longer. I will drink a protein while working out + about 10g carbs during session.

            Post workout 10iu slin, 110g dextrose, 50g whey

            1½ hours later 100g carbs(medium high, jasmine rice + harri coverts), no fat, 50-70g protein from solid food

            Then a meal every other hour with 40g protein and 50g carbs.
