Can anyone tell me what the actual absorbtion rate of DMSO, I've heard different opinions varying from 25% absorbtion to 60%. I looked for some scientific studys a bit, but couldn't really find anything too solid, does it depend on what the dmso is transporting? Thanks.

Right now im working on a Pluronic Lecthen Organo based gel with DMSO in it should help with absorbtion -

dmso absorbtion rates
I cannot provide stats on this, but having done 3 cycles of fina with DMSO I would tend to lean towards 50-60%. It may just be my body , but DMSO has no harsh effects for me. I believe my rotation of application sites helps. Using 5 pellets (100 mg. ) seems to give a pretty good transdermal cycle for me. It cannot be the 15-20% that I have seen posted before, but again, this could be my unique experience.Comment
