2Powerful4u - I guess directed at you... can you give up some details on your diabetic freinds process of using slin? I'm Type 1 and I am thinking about rearranging to better take advantage... I am planning on doing something like:
6AM Workout
7AM 15 Slin
7AM 2 serving Cell-Tech ~ 150mg Carbs w/Creatine
9AM Eggwhite till I puke
Then normalize out the day...

I just finished up a slin only cycle, and I loved the results. From now on, I'm going to use slin as a birdge for every cycle I do. I made some great gains using it, and it was mostly muscle. I'm actually sorry I didnt use it earlier...dont get me wrong though, Mike is right, its very dangerous, and shouldnt be messed with unless your serious about what your doing, and you have done your homework.x|Fluid|x is presenting REAL opinions and DOES encourage and condone the use of steroids or other illegal/legal substances that may be used in an illegal manner.

Here is an intresting link to the avandia web site. It includes a little cartoon that is like "insulin for dummies", as well as some other intresting facts for the layman.
Studies of Avandia and other drugs in its class show that the more insulin a person has, the better the drugs work. So in a reasonably normal person low doses of Avandia are probably adequate. In a person who has had type II diabetes for years and whose beta cells are burning out larger doses would be needed.The juice is loose!!!

I did a slin only cycle right after my first cycle. Even though I'm a newbie (well grown out of that) I used effectively. However, I did gain some bf. I must have good sensitivity, cuz in 5 weeks I gained about 10 pounds.
I will only do slin in the winter time when bulking.......

I have used insulin by itself and with gear. On its own it did nothing except make me gain some fat. With gear was better and with gear and metformin was better still but be VERY careful as the metformin makes the insulin hit so much harder. I used 425mg metformin before training and 10iu novo rapid after. I have had major blood sugar crashes using this even when taking 10g carbs per iu. Be careful!

I've been using Humalog post workout (8 i.u.) for the past 3 weeks (3 days a week). I seemed to notice some BF gain the first week and a half because of the massive amounts of carbs I was consuming. Now I've dropped it down to about 70-80 grams, which is what I would be consuming without slin anyway, and a 50g protein shake right after the workout. An hour later I'll eat and keep the fat under 5g, protein 50g, and carbs 40g, and repeat this 2 more times. In the past 2 weeks I've actually slimmed up a bit. I'm very happy,, and my arms are FINALLY starting to make progress!Also, I'm running 500mg test/wk and 70mg Fina/wk. I would say go for it, just know what you're doing.
