  • T3 dosing question?

    I will be hopefully running a 16+ week cycle in the next month or so. I have decided to try running T3 during the cutting phase of my cycle. I posted this cycle previously and would like to get some insight on how much T3 I should run, the cycle looks like this: (where I want to put T3 is marked by ******)

    Wk 1-2

    1200 mg Equipose weekly
    800 mg Test Enanthate weekly
    .5 mg Liquidex ED

    Wks 3 - 8

    800 mg EQ weekly
    500mg Test Enan weekly
    .5 mg Liquidex ED

    Wks 9 - 16

    800 mg EQ weekly
    100mg Winny ED
    100mg Test Propionate EOD
    T3 ????******
    .5 mg Liquidex ED

    Wks 17 - 19

    500 IU HCG ED
    .25 mg Liquidex ED

    Wks 20 - 22

    .25 mg Liquidex ED

    400mg Clomid D 1-2
    200mg Clomid D 3-8
    100mg Clomid D 9-18
    50mg Clomid D 19-21

    Off for 16 Wks (at least)

    How much T3 should I run? The last time I had my bf tested I was 292lbs at 26% bf, I have been running 30 minutes every morning and plan to keep it up from now through my cycles end. At the moment I am 6'1", 286lbs and ?% bf. I assume I should be getting significantly lower in my bf% before I start the T3.

    Any suggestions on dosing the T3?

    ok to me your cycle looks ok but from what i read all over the net you want the eq to be lower mg per wk than test. Something like 200mg lower than test. Never seen a cycle with more eq than test, so who knows it maybe good to try it. The rest of the cycle looks right on the money. As for t-3 i have ran it in 2 of my cycles. There are two ways you can do it. You can do it the triditional way of ramping up fast from 12mcg ed for 4 days and increase it 12-25mcg every 4 days than ramp down for a long time and gradually come off it. The other way is to start at 50mcg ed and stay there for a few weeks(increase if you feal the need to) than ramp down slowly till your off it.
    I did it both ways and prefer to run it like aas (constant level) than back off at the end.
    Either way is good but most will say ramp up than ramp down.

      Someone on another board said that any more than 25mcg ed and you would cripple your normal production. This isn't true?

        well the more you do the more of a chance you will burn up your muscle as well as fat. 25mcg ed is fine to run too. I found that 60mcg work best for me. Anything more and i sweat too much and any less doesn't work too well. Just start 12-25mcg at first and work your way up till you feal comfortable. Most work up to 100mcg ed. I tried but couldnt handle it that high so i backed down to 60mcg and ran it for a while with good results.
