I recieved a bottle of liq clen & liq clo from sciensupply give me some suggestions of how to use 1 dropper twice daily or what

You a pin to draw with. It's much easier and more accurate to draw out an exact ml. If you are wanting a smaller amount than an mL an insulin syringe is good to use.

unless you have gel caps....you can pre measure what volume fits in the gel cap then the dropper method works just fine....

Yup No shit...I got some from LR and I'm shaking like a leaf right now

With something like clen it is very important that you dose it very accurately. I recommend getting a syringe that only holds 1cc, so the markings are very far apart. Using just the barrel with the pin off of it, suck up the desired amount. Mine is 125mcg/ml so I use .35 of a cc 3 times a day when im at my max dose.
